Gymnastics Varsity Workshop

The Gymnastics Varsity Workshop is a series of gymnastics classes taught by the athletes of the Needham High School Girls Varsity Gymnastics team.  Created by Gary DeMaria, board member of Needham-CAN, in the 1990s. The beloved program has introduced gymnastics to thousands of children for over 25 years.

The program has an emphasis on learning to love gymnastics. It's a light-hearted program with a mission to teach gymnastics in a fun, pressure-free environment.
